Can I change my UPSC exam Centre?

As of now there is NO mechanism provided by the UPSC to change exam centre once you FINALLY submit your application. No, you cannot do the changes once you have filled the form. In June, there is an exam of the UPSC and I will be 21 in May, but my graduation will be completed in July.
